We use halal-certified ingredients in our bakes. There is no pork, lard, gelatin or alcohol used. Note that our bakery is currently not halal-certified.

Storage Guide:

• If not consuming on the day of collection, bakes have to be refrigerated and consumed within the next 2 days.
• Refrigerated Ang Ku Kueh/ Ang Ee have to be heated up before consumption.
