Collection are available only during operating hours. You are required to collect your bakes on your selected pickup date.
If you miss your pickup slot without prior arrangement, we may dispose of your bakes (without refund) in accordance with food safety regulations.
Date & Timing: Deliveries are made daily (Mon–Sun) between 12PM and 5 PM
Minimum order: $35 (You may arrange your own delivery for orders below $35)
If you require a specific date or time that is not available in our calendar, please Whatsapp us here before placing your order to check availability.
Please note: If an order is placed without prior arrangement and our delivery partner is unable to meet your requested timing, no refunds will be issued.

Surcharge areas: Tuas, Lim Chu Kang, Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands and Changi Airport. Please Whatapp us here to check on the surcharge pricing.
Exclusion zone: We do not deliver to restricted areas and country clubs.
Redelivery
If no one is present at the delivery location, we will leave your order at a suitable spot.
Should you require a redelivery, a $15 redelivery fee will apply.
We are unable to offer refunds or assume responsibility if the food becomes unsafe to consume after being left in unsuitable conditions (e.g., heat, humidity, pest or rain).
